What started as a replacement car for his Hummer H2, that his wife could drive around in daily, turned into an all out build for Steven Batchelor.

The 2016 SS car came from the factory with the 6.2L LT1 engine and the 8L90 eight speed transmission. Steven has gone through and added some goodies including a stage 3 GPI cam, Kooks long tube headers, 3” stainless steel exhaust with a Borla Atak axle back kit, MSD Atomic intake manifold, Katech valve covers with coil relocation, and a Katech 103mm throttle body. He also plans to add a D1X Procharger and Procharger intake with forged diamond pistons and rods and water/meth injection, all with a goal of over 900 RWHP.

The Camaro rides low with a custom Air Lift suspension system and rolls on Vertini 20”x9.5” front and 20”x11” rear wheels with 255/35/20 front rubber and 315/30/20 rear.

Steven has also gone ahead and powder coated several items including his brake calipers and then a wrap courtesy of Stephen Perez at Detailed Wraps.

Bachelor would also like to add vertical doors and wide body kit to car in the future.

He loves to rip out to F-Body Beach Bash, and Camarofest along with some local shows.

Steven works in construction management and daily drives a 2017 Ram Bighorn.

Special thanks to George Robinson at Custom Muscle for the engine build, Stephen Perez at Detailed Wraps, Legacy Auto Detailing for the ceramic coating, Ryan and Jason Dillard for tuning the Camaro, and Kenya for the photos.
