How to Enter
You’re entered automatically when you have an active, paid annual subscription during the giveaway period. If you already have an active paid annual subscription on Feb 1, 2026, you’re already in.

Winner may arrange pickup, or choose shipment. We cover up to $300 CAD toward standard shipping/freight charges. Winner is responsible for any amount above $300 CAD and for excluded charges (see Official Rules).

1) Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Cruise Culture Apparel / Cruise Culture Magazine (“Sponsor”). Contact: cruisecultureapparel@hotmail.com. Sponsor mailing address: [ADD YOUR MAILING ADDRESS HERE].
2) Giveaway Period
Begins Feb 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. MT and ends Jul 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Giveaway Period”).
3) Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are the age of majority in their province/state at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility.
4) How to Enter / Entries
Eligible entries are limited to active, paid annual subscriptions purchased through cruisecultureapparel.com, or existing active paid annual subscriptions during the Giveaway Period. Entries are assigned using the email address on the subscription order/account.

5) Prize
One (1) winner will receive one highly custom built and painted, one-of-one pedal car (estimated value $2,500–$2,800 CAD). No cash alternative. Prize is awarded as-is with no warranty from Sponsor.

6) Shipping / Pickup Responsibility
If the winner selects shipment (instead of pickup), Sponsor will provide a shipping/freight credit of up to $300 CAD (the “Shipping Credit”) toward standard shipping/freight charges. The winner is responsible for all costs above the Shipping Credit and for all costs not included in the Shipping Credit.
Excluded costs: The Shipping Credit does not include (and the winner is responsible for) any brokerage fees, taxes, fees, duties, or any costs associated with shipping across the Canada/US border or any international border, including (without limitation) customs charges, import fees, and related processing costs. The winner is also responsible for any optional services or accessorial charges imposed by the carrier (for example: residential surcharges, liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment fees, storage fees, and upgraded insurance beyond standard coverage), and any packaging/crating requirements if required by the carrier.
No reshipping: Sponsor will not pay for reshipping or additional delivery attempts if the shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside Sponsor’s control, including (without limitation) incorrect/incomplete address information, missed delivery, refusal, inability to access the delivery location, or failure by the winner to coordinate delivery requirements with the carrier.
7) Draw / Odds
A random draw will be conducted on July 31, 2026 (time announced prior). Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8) Winner Notification / Claiming
Winner will be contacted via the email on their subscription order/account. Winner must respond within 72 hours. Sponsor may require the winner to complete a declaration/release and correctly answer a skill-testing question (where required). If the winner is unreachable, ineligible, fails required verification, or fails to respond in time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
If shipment is requested, any amount owing above the $300 Shipping Credit and any excluded costs must be paid by the winner before shipment is booked. If the winner does not arrange pickup or pay required shipping balances within 14 days of winner notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
9) Publicity
By accepting the prize (where permitted by law), winner agrees Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and general location (city/province/state), and may share winner-provided photos of the prize for promotional purposes.
10) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the Giveaway or violates these rules, and to cancel/modify/suspend the Giveaway if necessary to maintain fairness and integrity.
11) Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost emails, or other issues beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
12) Privacy
Personal information is used to administer the Giveaway and for subscription/account purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s policies and applicable law.
